We use a database of 152 countries, evaluating parameters of opportunity, reliability and accessibility.

Each indicator is weighted based on the company's strategic priorities (e.g., political stability, tariff levels, presence of non-tariff barriers, per capita income, consumption trends). The final result is a clear ranking, which identifies three top markets on which to focus resources most effectively.


How MOS works

  1. Data collection: We analyze international statistical sources (e.g., World Bank, UN Comtrade, ITC, etc.) and proprietary databases.
  2. Indicator definition: established in agreement with the company (e.g., GDP per capita, growth trend, political stability, country rating).
  3. Comparative analysis: using a calculation model that assigns weights to each indicator, generating a final ranking.
  4. Focus on three priority markets: evaluation of logistics, cost, and distribution channel aspects for each “finalist” market.
  5. Recommendations: Definition of strategic and operational guidelines, such as identifying customer segments and potential partners.
